Icarus News! February 2026
Greetings gamers, and welcome to what is the first in a new series of blog posts where I talk about some of what I've been up to lately!
As more and more platforms continue to require increasing levels of age verification for access, it's becoming harder and harder to find a space to stay reliably connected with your audience as a small creator.
So this blog series is my answer. It's a way for me to wax lyrical about the cool stuff I've been up to lately, shout out projects by my creator friends, and gives me a direct line to you so you can get the latest hot gossip from Icarus HQ!
So let's dive into it!
Class Cheat Sheets For D&D 2024

The biggest news from Icarus HQ this month is the Kickstarter for my Class Cheat Sheets for D&D 2024 is live!
These digital cheat sheets make learning and playing D&D 2024 easier than ever before with simple, natural language, clear icons, trackers for limited use abilities, and gorgeous art.
The campaign is running until March 12th and you can pledge here.
No ICE In Minnesota Itch Bundle

Organized by friend of the channel, JesTheHuman, this bundle is raising funds for the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota. More than 900 folks have contributed, and I am proud to be among them, and you can get well over 1,000 games and resources for just $10!
The bundle has already raised more than $500,000 and there's still more than 2 weeks left!
Zine Month!
It's Zine month over on Backerkit and Kickstarter, and a ton of folks are crowdfunding awesome projects this month. I want to shout out some of the most accessible and kid friendly options!
Mystery Snacks
Mystery Snacks, by TTRPG Kids, is a collection of bite sized mysteries to drop into any TTRPG system, and a system to drop onto the mysteries of your choosing!
Triple-O: the player character emulator
Triple-O is a tool for solo RPG players who want to invert roles and play as the GM instead of a character. Originally launched as a one-page solution, this new zine version brings more random tables, examples, and new use cases!
Rigs & Races In Roomio
Rigs & Races is an expansion to the Explore Rooms family-friendly TTRPG to bring more options for running TTRPGs for kids.
Explore ROOMS RPGs are for when players can’t sit still at a gaming table. Instead they play while on a walk, at the pool, in a hammock, on car rides, and before bed. Each session starts fresh with only what players can remember, so there’s no bookkeeping, or preparation, and common tools like dice or paper are optional and can be swapped for rock-paper-scissors or energetic actions.
Monstrous Detectives
Monstrous Detectives is an investigation story game in which you develop the case, the clues, and the solution over the course of the game by answering randomly drawn questions.
During the first part of the game, you create your monsters, the detective agency, your client, and your new case. During the second part, your investigation takes place, and you try to solve the case.
Magika Nostalgika
Magika Nostalgika is a catalog of magic items inspired by your favorite toys of the 90s such as;
- Bonk-It
- Soaker Supreme
- Yeoman’s Oscillating Yewen Orbicular (Y.O.Y.O.)

February's Videos
Finally, let's close out today by taking a look at some of the videos I've released this month!
In this video I crack open a couple of the Epic Encounter boxes from Steamforged Games to see if these pre-boxed adventure sets with minis, adventures, and maps are actually worth your time as a GM or just a secret time trap.
In this members-only video I'm doing a tour of the Jewel Cities of Talavaar and talking about the different nations therein. This finished the micro-series of me exploring my homebrew setting from the cosmic level all the way down for channel members!
LegendKeeper has been releasing a ton of updates lately, and in this video I show off some of the biggest ones and talk about some of the new map and timeline features!
That’s all from Icarus HQ for this month.
If you never want to miss one of these roundups, make sure you’re subscribed to the newsletter so these land straight in your inbox. And I'd love to know what sort of stuff you'd like to see covered in future installments? Do you want more BTS stuff, more ramblings, or do you just want the headlines! Let me know below.
Until next month
Much love
Anto
