Icarus Games supports real, human artists and has a zero tolerance policy for AI content in our works. 

We typically work with the same core group of artists with whom we've developed a fantastic relationship over the past decade, and who share our views on the dangers GenAI presents to the creative community, and when we commission new freelancers they are chosen in part because they match these views. 

Our freelancer contracts expressly forbid the use of generative AI during any part of the workflow, and for the stock art used in our products, every effort has been made to ensure the illustrations and images were not produced using AI/Stable Diffusion models.

Additionally, the Icarus games YouTube channel never knowingly promotes products which feature GenAI content. 

The TTRPG industry is built on a foundation of incredible human-creativity and we want to continue to support that.
