Ghoul doctors can be found anywhere with a great enough concentration of death. 

While they are especially common on the fringes of battlefields, picking through the fallen in search of components for their next great creation, it is in the heart of cities where ghoul doctors thrive. 

Surrounded by countless potential victims, many of whom are one bad day away from disappearing at the best of times, ghoul doctors prey on the weak, the poor, and the dispossessed.
